there is no better way to experience Puebla, Mexico than by creating one of it's most recognizable culinary feats if you are visiting Puebla, I highly recommend: Mesones Sacrista my favorite cookies to treat friends to during the holidays

the best holiday gifts are homemade, edible, and full of sugar
recipe from The New York Times Cooking The Tsukiji Cooking courses offer a great way to learn about Japanese cuisine and culture. I participated in the Market Tour & Cooking experience and it did not disappoint! The morning starts with a guided tour of the historic Tsukiji grounds where you purchase ingredients at the outer market. You then head back to the kitchen studio where you help prepare traditional Japanese seafood (plus anything else you bought from the market)
Our menu included: -Miso Soup -A traditional sushi roll -Nigiri Sushi -Temari Sushi -Tuna Sashimi -Abalone -Habachi Teriyaki Thank you Misa and the entire Tsukiji Team for an incredible day in the kitchen! the freshest of seasonal squash meld into a creamy blanket of sauce
topped with crispy guanciale, fried sage, and a sharp pecorino |
