Recipe adapted from Il Cucchiaio d'Argento True story: I remember being so freaked out by the fennel seeds I found in the Bagel Bites that I used to eat as a kid. It's a good thing that I removed that association with fennel. This crisp salad is a must for when you are craving something light, fresh, and crunchy.

Recipe from Il Cucchiaio d'Argento The smell of fresh lemon zest slowly simmering in butter is something to long for.
Such a simple yet comforting dish. Recipe adapted from Il Cucchiaio d'Argento This sauce is by far my favorite to make. The smell when the pancetta mixes with the tomato paste and fresh parsley is forever imprinted in my memory. Even now while writing this, the memory (and hunger) lingers.
